Information you provide
PropertyLayer receives information you submit through contact, account, purchase, and support flows. This may include your name, work email, company, phone number, requested geography, expected use or volume, account credentials, billing details, messages, and files or examples sent for support.
Information collected during use
The site and services may record IP address, browser and device information, request time, visited page, referring page, account identifier, API-key identifier, endpoint, response status, usage count, and diagnostic events. Property lookup inputs and results may be processed to answer a request and investigate service problems.
How information is used
We use this information to provide accounts, API access, purchases, downloads, support, fraud and abuse checks, billing, service measurement, and requested sales follow-up. We may also use aggregated service information to understand product coverage and performance.
Service providers
Current product flows use service providers for account authentication, billing, contact management, bot checks, cloud hosting, storage, and mapping or address search. The approved policy must name the relevant providers and explain their roles before launch.
Sharing
We share information with service providers working on the functions described above and when required to comply with law, protect the service, or complete a business transaction. We do not state that personal information is sold for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
Information is kept for the period needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, settle disputes, and protect the service. Exact retention periods must be approved before this policy is published. No method of storage or transmission removes all risk.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, email support@propertylayer.com. The final policy must include the legal entity and mailing address responsible for the request.
