In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose “Add custom connector,” and paste the URL.

Claude will open the secure PropertyLayer sign-in and consent flow. Approve access to finish connecting.
PropertyLayer MCP uses the same credits as the API. Each returned property counts toward monthly usage. The free tier includes 100 each month. Paid plans range from Standard with 1,000 monthly credits for $100 through Pro with 400,000 credits. Starter, Growth, and Pro can enable paid overages. Team and Enterprise workspaces may require an owner to add the connector first.
